Hosted by the Nampa Chamber and facilitated in partnership with BBSI, this small-group mastermind is designed for business owners who want more than surface-level networking. This is Business 201 — not Business 101.
What is Business 201?
Business 201 brings together a small group of local business owners for facilitated roundtable conversations, strategic discussion, and real-time problem solving.
Each monthly session includes business-building content from BBSI, followed by open discussion around the challenges, wins, questions, and growth opportunities participants are experiencing in their own businesses.
Think of it as a mentorship board — a trusted room of peers who understand what it takes to lead, grow, and keep moving forward.

Why Capacity Is Limited
Business 201 is intentionally kept small so every participant has space to contribute, ask questions, and receive thoughtful feedback.
This format allows the group to build trust, dig into real issues, and create the kind of relationships that continue long after the program ends.
