For over 30 years, the Nampa Chamber of Commerce has been investing in the future of our community through Leadership Nampa — a 9-month, hands-on leadership development program that connects, educates, and inspires emerging and established leaders.
Leadership Nampa provides you with more than just a map highlighting your leadership strengths and blind spots. You will get a KEY to the map along with coaching.

Leadership Nampa takes you behind the scenes to experience the people, places, and partnerships that make our city thrive. Through monthly sessions, participants gain a deeper understanding of Nampa’s assets and challenges, build meaningful connections, and sharpen their leadership skills.

This program is ideal for professionals, business owners, nonprofit leaders, and community advocates who want to:

Program Overview
- Class Size: 40-45 participants
- Program Length: 9 months (September-May)
- Time Commitment: First Wednesday of each month
- Tuition: $1,500 ($1,200 for 501(c)3 Nonprofits) Includes lunch, materials, a professional headshot, and transportation as needed
